What are the Benefits of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)?
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, research-backed approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—so you can shift unhelpful patterns and feel more in control. It’s especially effective for anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm, and focuses on building real-life tools you can use right away. CBT supports emotional regulation, boosts self-esteem, and helps you respond to challenges with more clarity and confidence. Available in-person in Farmington (Davis County, near Bountiful) or across Utah via telehealth, and covered by most insurance plans.
What are the Benefits of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a fast, effective therapy that helps the brain process and release distress without needing to relive painful memories. Many clients experience relief in just 1–5 sessions. ART is drug-free, non-invasive, and especially powerful for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. It works by replacing distressing images with more peaceful ones—helping you feel calmer, more in control, and less overwhelmed by the past.
What are the Benefits of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)?
Our mindfulness-based and ACT-informed therapy helps you stay grounded in the present moment while creating space for difficult emotions—without letting them run your life. Instead of resisting or avoiding thoughts and feelings, you'll learn to relate to them differently, with more compassion and less judgment. This approach supports long-term change by guiding you to take meaningful action aligned with your personal values. Proven effective for anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain, ACT offers powerful tools for building resilience, flexibility, and emotional clarity.
What are the Benefits of Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful approach that helps you understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself—especially the ones that feel stuck, reactive, or overwhelmed. Instead of pushing those parts away, IFS invites curiosity and compassion, helping you build a more connected and peaceful inner world. Many clients find that when their inner system feels seen and supported, symptoms like anxiety, shame, and emotional dysregulation begin to soften. IFS is especially helpful for trauma, identity work, and deep emotional healing.
